Boulangerie Patisserie ~ France, Epcot World Showcase

I am very excited about the all new Boulangerie Patisserie in France at Epcot!  It opened today (1/10/13) and I can't wait to visit and take photos to share with you.

You may or many not have been to the old bakery.  If you had been then you'll remember just how tiny it was.  It was essentially one narrow room, with cases on either side and two lines that ran through the room.  You would wait in a line (always a long wait), and order your food from the CM at the case.  You would check out and leave the building through the door at the other end of the room.  Seating was very, very limited, which was sad, because to me that was one of the most enjoyable parts of the experience.  Sitting outside on French street, eating my French pastry.

The new bakery is located in the large building where additional seating used to be offered.  It used to be a gift shop.

In the new bakery you will find plenty of seating, and room!  You will also find your old favorite, and new ones too!

Before you had a choice of a wide variety of pastries, sandwiches, and quiche.  The sandwiches and quiche could be warmed up upon request for a warm snack or quick lunch.

The new Boulangerie Patisserie offers sandwiches, soups, and even salads!

Another exciting addition is the coffee counter!  It even features it's own window so you can order coffee without going through the main food ordering queue.

I can't wait to visit this week and take photos of the building, seating, queue line, and menu, (and of course have a long awaited Creme Brulee).

Stay tuned for a review, the full  menu with prices, and lots of photographs of the new Boulangerie Patisserie in France at Epcot World Showcase!
